I have been wanting to learn to make sourdough for a while now. I bought the Dutch oven shortly after the pandemic started, but never got around to learning. I have been studying for a couple of months now, and started my starter a couple of weeks ago. I still have lots of learning to do, but it was so exciting to pull my first loaf out of the oven!
