The kitchen has been busy this week as we have canned tomato juice and tomato soup and have frozen corn. There is something so satisfying about jars of beautiful produce. It has made me eager to plant a bigger garden in 2023 so we can preserve even more. I’m already scheming how to outsmart the sneaky wildlife!
